Unlike so-called ''plans'' offered by today's leaders, the ARP's plan -- we call ''Capital Homesteading for Every Citizen'' -- has already been been tested for workers in US corporations. It works. When Congress passes our proposed Capital Homestead Act, every man, woman and child will have access to interest-free capital credit from their local banks to share ownership in the growth assets and growth profits from a vastly more productive, life-enhancing U.S. free enterprise system. Our plan will benefit and empower everyone, from industrial workers and those with college degrees whose jobs have been outsourced to low-paid wage slaves overseas, to poor folks and the homeless in our big cities, to people in hard-pressed rural communities who have been struggling to survive for decades now, and even to the already rich and Hummer-driving, lattÈ-sipping country club set in Beverly Hills. Our plan can appeal to those who are often well-intended, but who have yet to be exposed to this totally outside-the-box and revolutionary way to solve real problems for real people in real time. By the way, it'll also be a winner for every Joe Lunch Buckett and Betty Brown Bagg -- members of the so-called middle-class.

Holy Cow, Why Didn't I Think Of That Before?

To be perfectly honest, we have yet to present this revolutionary concept to an open-minded and frustrated person seeking positive solutions -- whether a Republican, Democrat, or Independent -- whose eyes did not light up, whose heart did not start beating a little faster, and who did not respond by saying, ''That's so obvious, why didn't I think of that?''

A Few Will Oppose...

One group of people who will oppose this novel concept is a power elite and their hired lackies who have a vested stake in a system that keeps 99% of humanity under their thumbs. Another group are those whose minds are pre-programmed, those lock-steppers on the left or the right, those who can't understand because they REFUSE to look at or consider anything new. So if your mind is closed, if the last chapter in your book of life has already been written, if you really and truly think that America is hitting on all cylinders today, then the ARP is not for you. You're the average American who can begin electing mayors, county board members, state and federal legislators, and a President of the United States of America who represents the interests of the average American instead of non-accountable and corrupt Wall Street speculators, global money movers and corporate kingpins who are are today being served by too many of America's politicians.
